ES_1853 _ Dr. Nichols _ St. EsDr. Nichols, the superintendent, invites proposals for the material to be used in the construction of the hospital for the insane, to be erected on the southeast side of the Eastern Branch of the Potomac River, for the accommodate of the insane of the District and of the United States army and navy, in virtue of the appropriation made by Congress last session for this object.
